This is a blog dedicated to helping fellow Latter-Day Saints to live a healthy lifestyle and treat our bodies like the temples that they are. We have been blessed with a gospel that teaches us to live healthy, active lifestyles. While most members follow the basics of the Word of Wisdom (coffee, tea, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco) they fail to obey the rest. Grains and vegetables are as important to partake of as the others are to avoid. I would like each and everyone of you to read D&C: 89 again and take notes and make a list of goals of health changes you would like to make.
